Sobre o projeto
The EVA SOLAR project was a Design and Engineering project developed in a partnership between FAE Centro Universitário and Start-Up EVA Agricultura Urbana, with the main objectives of bringing an innovative product to the market and democratizing renewable energy technologies among the population.
The development lasted approximately four months, during which the DESIGN THINKING method was applied, divided into three main stages: IMMERSION, IDEATION AND PROTOTYPING.
At IMERSÃO, the team delved deeper into numerous aspects related to the market in which the Start-Up was inserted, as well as the market it was targeting (renewable energy). These activities included benchmarking, interviews, questionnaires, available technologies, etc.
Further on, at IDEAÇÃO, several tools were developed to idealize the final product, including: structural analysis, functional analysis and selection matrix. Then, more than 20 design options were drawn by hand for the product under development. With the Start-Up representative choosing the option best suited to their interests, the "Color and Trim" was created, where the colors and textures for the final product were analyzed and selected.
Finally, in the PROTOTYPING phase, a reduced version of the final product was made through 3D printing and some final painting and filling finishes. Previously, all modeling of the prototype was carried out in the Rhinoceros software, as well as the rendering of videos and promotional images in the Keyshot software.
The presentation of the final project was open to the external public and took place on 12/27/2023, at the FAE Business building, in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil.
